Remembering Malcolm – I can’t believe that it has been 20 years since you suddenly left us. I will always remember your quiet nature and warming smile. You were a man that would do anything for anyone, family or friends. You would always wear your heart on your sleeve. The day I found out that you were no longer with us, I felt a loss in me, that to this day I do not understand. Even though the years have flown by, you will inspire me to fight the good fight in changing the conversation around Male Mental Health!
